Wow, I finally git around to purchasing a pair after my OTC hearing aids weren't cutting it. Amazing results. I've never heard that level of audio quality since I can remember. Once again Phillip and Melissa came through for me. I was having difficulty hearing out of my hearing aids. I cleaned them put new wax protectors in even new batteries. It didn't seem to make a difference. I dropped my aids off Friday morning and Phillip said he would take a look at them. I didn't even have time to make it back to the house before Phillip called saying he had them ready. He had to replace the speaker and the tube and they worked perfectly again. I am so happy to have such great people taking care of my hearing needs. I will always recommend Soundworks to any one needing hearing aid needs.
